This long-term field study is designed to investigate the influence of Fe and nitrogen rates and different PGRs on annual bluegrass populations. The trial began in 2010 and is ongoing.

Annual bluegrass is one of the most common and difficult to control weeds found on golf course putting greens throughout the world. This ongoing research project was initiated in 2010 and seeks to identify the influence of season nitrogen rates, plant growth regulators and rates of Fe on the populations of annual bluegrass on a mixed stand of annual bluegrass and creeping bentgrass.
