Maria da Luz, Nina Furstenau, and Allison Smythe just returned from field visits in Central Mozambique where they gathered information on modern bean recipes used by women in rural villages and took photographs of the process. The photographs will play an integral part in the visual instructions on how to prepare a variety of common bean recipes. This is part of the "Tasty! Mozambique" effort that helps to increase diverse use of common beans in Mozambique.
