- Anéis de tubo de PVC (cortado de um cano e lixado), diâmetro: 3 polegadas (7 cm), altura: 0,6 polegada (1,6 cm), 1 para cada saco
- Meias de nylon "altura do joelho", 1 para cada saco
- Resina trocadora de ânion: +/- 50 g por saco. Nós usamos: Lewatit GW66 Cl- resina trocadora de ânion. Caso queira extrair também NH4+, então use também a resina trocadora de cátions
- Corda, aprox. 20 polegadas (50 cm) por saco
Método
- Mergulhe a meia de nylon em solução de HCl 0,3 M (=0,3 HCl N: 250 mL HCl (36,5 - 38,0%) em 10 litros de H2O) por 10 minutos. Enxague em água desmineralizada três vezes
- Faça um nó no extremo fechado da meia, insira o anel de PVC, preencha o anel com resina de forma controlada, puxe a meia sobre o anel e dê nó na outra extremidade. Para fazer sacos mais resistentes, puxe a extremidade aberta de volta sobre o saco para fazer uma camada dupla de meia sobre a resina. Amarre um pedaço de corda no extremo do saco.
- Cuidado para que a resina não resseque. Guarde os sacos de resina em recipiente fechado até momento de usá-los, e adicione um pouco de água desmineralizada se necessário.
