Alden Perkins and Stephanie Klein designed a demo for the Millennium Scholars at the Roots Lab fields
Last month, graduate students Alden Perkins and Stephanie Klein volunteered their time to host the incoming class of Penn State Millennium Scholars. At the Roots Lab rainout shelters, Alden and Steph showed the students how to do maize shovelomics and taught them about maize root architecture and the research being conducted in the lab.
