Schematic overview of SimRoot
- ansi C++ code (some fortran 90 is being linked)

- timestep: dynamic and different for each module
- integration method: default Runge Kutta 4 (other are possible), but phosphorus uptake module uses Crank Nicolson as described by papers on the Barber-Cushman model
