Architectural measurements from images in ImageJ

Measurements of architectural traits from images are facilitated by the use of ImageJ, and further enhanced by the plugin ObjectJ, which allows the user to define objects of different measurement types, like distances, counts, and angles. Here we provide ObjectJ project files and R scripts for post-processing of the data for measuring architectural traits in maize and bean, as well as for measuring root hairs.
