Digital Analysis of Root Growth with KineRoot

KineRoot is a MatLab-based program that tracks root movement and growth from a set of sequential photographs.

The program generates kinematic data (relative elongation rate distribution), distribution of curvature and differential growth at high spatiotemporal resolution.

KineRoot requires MatLab to run.
