Métodos de Sistemas Artificiais

Modelagem computacional faz uso das habilidades poderosas de computadores para fazer cálculos. Construir modelos de sistemas reais permite testar modelos conceituais e hipótese relacionadas antes que as verificações sejam vistas em estudos em casa de vegetação e estudos de campo.

SimRoot

Esse simulador de sistema radicular tridimensional calcula absorção de água e nutrientes conforme as raízes crescem e recebem fotossintatos da parte aérea em um ambiente do solo em 3D.

RootSlice: modelagem da anatomia radicular

A estrutura anatômica de raízes tem sido mostrada como tendo efeito em processos fisiológicos da planta, mas anatomia radicular não tem sido considerada explicitamente em modelos radiculares estrutural-funcional... até agora.
