I am an undergraduate student in Environmental Resource Management and Soil Science. Since May of 2005, I have been working with a number of graduate students on their research projects in the Weed and Agroecology Lab. Most of my work has been with the projects of Steven Mirsky (weed population dynamics) and Joe Dauer (glyphosate resistant horseweed spread). In other words, I have served as a field technician for the lab.

If I am not counting weeds and their seeds, I'm probably at home brewing some beer or working on some home improvement project. After college, I hope to utilize my education at Penn State in the lumber industry, helping to change the way forestry is conducted and perceived in Southwestern Pennsylvania.
